Refund Policy – Top Cut Barbers
At Top Cut Barbers, we take pride in delivering professional haircuts, beard services and grooming treatments to a high standard. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to ensure every client leaves our shop feeling confident and well cared for.
No Refunds on Services
As our services are delivered in person and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for completed barbering services. This aligns with UK consumer regulations, which state that treatments involving time, skill and labour are non-refundable once performed.
If You’re Not Happy With Your Service
If you feel your haircut or grooming service has not met your expectations, we will always work to make it right. Clients are welcome to return within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and offer a complimentary fix or adjustment wherever possible.
